Chloë Uden

An arts and culture lead, developing partnerships between artists, communities and energy organisations, and interested in nature-connected practice, cultural storytelling and inclusive approaches to climate action.

I work at the intersection of arts, energy and climate justice, designing creative programmes that help people engage with the energy transition in human, imaginative and locally meaningful ways.

I am the founder (and now a non-exec director) of Art & Energy Collective and am arts and culture lead at Regen, where I develop partnerships between artists, communities and energy organisations. My work spans mass-participation artworks, residencies, publications and community energy collaborations, exploring how creativity can spark agency, dialogue and systems change.

I am particularly interested in nature-connected practice, cultural storytelling and inclusive approaches that invite new audiences into climate action.
